• Earning of points is valid for all items on the menu.
• Earning of points cannot be done in conjunction with other promos or discounts (e.g. senior citizen or PWD discount).
• Redeeming of points is valid for any item on the Big Al’s website on a 1 Cookie point = 1 peso basis.
• Cookie points have a 48-hour clearing period before they can be used.
• Subject to other merchant terms and conditions.

How to earn Big Al’s Cookie Points:

1. Enter your mobile number at checkout.
2. Agree to sign up for the Big Al’s Cookie Jar Loyalty Program.
3. Pay for your order and wait for your points to be awarded. You should receive a text message indicating the points you earned for the transaction.

How to redeem your Big Al’s Cookie Points:

1. Click the Big Al's Cookie Rewards card icon on our website homepage.
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to verify the request.
4. Under Redeem Points, enter the amount of points you want to redeem. 1 Point = 1 Peso.
5. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify redemption.
6. Click “use” and "OK" to add discount coupon to cart.
7. Pay for your order less the discount.
